The BCAA Powder dietary supplement provides the branched chain amino acids L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine in a 2:1:1 ratio. To intensify and accelerate protein synthesis, a special crystallization technology was used, which enables quick and complete dissolution of amino acids in water. Thanks to this, BCAA reaches the muscle cells almost immediately (just 10 minutes after consumption) and begins to build new muscle mass.

Amino acids play a key role in protein synthesis and are therefore essential for building muscle. Part of the pool of all essential amino acids are BCAAs, i.e. branched chain amino acids, which are especially important in athletes. These amino acids (BCAAs) go directly from the blood to the muscle cells, unlike others that are metabolized and used by the liver. In muscle cells , BCAA together with other EAAs (essential amino acids) intensify protein synthesis and thus significantly accelerate post-workout regeneration and the growth of lean muscle mass.

HOW TO USE:

Dissolve one portion (13 g of powder - two scoops) in 300 ml of water, mix well. Use one serving a day immediately after training or once a day.
