Ingredients: BCAA branched chain amino acid blend (L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine), L-glutamine; flavor premix (flavours, citric acid - acidity regulator, silicon dioxide - anti-caking agent; sweeteners: sucralose, acesulfame K; dyes: carotene, betanine, black carrots).
DOSE: Mix one serving (10 g - 1,5 scoops) with cold water, juice or any other favorite beverage. Choose the right amount of liquid (about 200 ml) to get the taste that suits you. On training days, it is best to take 30 minutes before the training session. You can also use immediately after training. On days without training, it is best to take in the morning after waking up.
