OstroVit BCAA + Glutamine - a source of valuable amino acids

BCAA (English) Branched-chain amino acids) are branched chain amino acids which, as the name suggests, are characterized by a branched side chain. BCAAs include amino acids such as L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine. These are exogenous compounds that must be delivered to the body from the outside, along with the daily menu or in the form of dietary supplements, because the body is not able to synthesize them on its own. BCAAs are ok. ⅓ proteins that build muscle tissue, and the place of their breakdown, unlike other amino acids, are mainly skeletal muscles, which makes branched chain amino acids willingly used by physically active people.

L-glutamine, on the other hand, is a protein amino acid that can be formed naturally in the body, but when the human body shows an increased demand for a valuable compound, e.g. during intense physical activity, the ingredient should also be delivered to the body from the outside, along with the daily menu or in the form of dietary supplements. L-glutamine in food can be found primarily in meat, fish, eggs, as well as in milk and dairy products and in dry legume seeds.

The preparation OstroVit uses both BCAA and glutamine, which positively affects the quality of the compound, because the amino acids used in the product complement each other, showing synergistic effects.

Method of use

Mix a portion of 10 g (2.5 scoops) in 100-150 ml of water or juice. On training days, drink two portions a day, one immediately after waking up, the second portion after training. On non-workout days, drink one serving after waking up.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
