Etixx BCAA Powder is a product that provides essential proteins for the athlete's body. Proteins are an essential nutrient that we get from food. Our body needs them to improve protein synthesis and increase muscle mass. It is recommended for athletes to consume 1,2-1,7g of protein per kg of body weight per day.
Proteins are made up of amino acids. There are a total of 20 amino acids, 9 of which are essential amino acids. The body cannot produce them on its own, we deliver them to the body through a properly balanced diet. Three of them are known as BCAAs: leucine, isoleucine and valine. Etixx BCAA Powder helps to supplement the deficiency of these proteins. It contains 3,5g of leucine in one 10g serving. This ensures faster muscle regeneration after physical exercise as well as an increase in muscle mass. In addition, the addition of potassium contributes to the proper functioning of muscles, the nervous system and maintaining normal blood pressure.
Recommended use: hard training - 30 minutes before: 10g (2 tablespoons)/250ml water. Immediately after: 10g (2 tablespoons)/250ml water. Light and moderately intense training: 30 minutes before: 5g (1 tbsp)/125ml water. Immediately after: 5g (1 tbsp)/125m water.
