SMART BCAA contains branched chain amino acids L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine in a ratio of 2:1:1. In addition, the product has been enriched with amino acids L-glutamine and taurine.

L-Leucine is the most important amino acid responsible for rebuilding damaged muscles, but also building them in an appropriate way in a relatively short time.

L-Valine and L-Isoleucine amino acids supporting the action of Leucine in the development of muscle mass and protecting muscle cells against catabolism, after long and intense workouts.

L-Glutamine is the basic "regenerative" amino acid. It plays a key role in nitrogen metabolism, helping to remove unnecessary ammonia from the body, created by protein metabolism. Such action has a beneficial effect on the body by removing harmful metabolic products.

Taurine is an amino acid involved in numerous physiological processes, m.in. in the proper functioning of the cardiovascular system, central nervous system and skeletal muscles. It also has antioxidant properties. Taurine reduces nervous tension and increases mental and physical performance by increasing the metabolism of glial cells. In muscles, in turn, it counteracts the oxidation processes occurring after exercise. Thanks to this, they regenerate faster and are ready for further work.

Recommended use:On days without training: one serving in the morning after waking up. On training days: one serving before training. One serving is 8 g of product dissolved in 200 ml of water or juice.

Ingredients: L-leucine, L-glutamine, taurine, L-valine, L-isoleucine, acidity regulator: malic acid, aroma, sweetener: sucralose. The product may contain soy, nuts, egg whites and milk.
