KFD BCAA is a complex of branched chain amino acids: L-Leucine, L-Valine and L-Isoleucine.

These are exogenous amino acids, i.e. those that the body cannot synthesize on its own and must therefore be supplied in the diet.

Branched-chain amino acids are particularly popular in the diet of athletes. The product may be useful in diets low in branched-chain amino acids (BCAA) or leucine. The high valine content, according to many opinions, can reduce the feeling of fatigue during and after training. The product is instantized, which makes it dissolve perfectly in water, and the refined flavor recipes allow the product to be used as a replacement for sweet drinks.

Product Notes

- Due to the high content of one of the main branched-chain amino acids - L-Leucine, the product is characterized by a bitter aftertaste and poorer solubility. This is a natural feature of this amino acid. In competitive products, the lack of such an aftertaste may indicate a low actual BCAA content and the addition of e.g. sugars that may negatively affect the effect to be achieved by using BCAAs.

- L-Isoleucine (also one of the branched-chain amino acids) causes the formation of spatial structures visible as "foam". The solution is to mix more gently or let the product stand in water or juice for a few minutes.
