Posology Optiumum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey

Dissolve a single portion of the preparation – 30 g (2 scoops) in 200 ml of water or milk (but better with water), using a shaker. Depending on the demand, 2 to 3 servings per day should be used.

On training days: I portion in the morning after waking up, II portion up to 1,5 hours. after training and III portion before bedtime.

On non-workout days: I portion in the morning after waking up, II portion between meals and III portion before bedtime.
