Method of use

Dissolve a single portion of the product – 30 g (1 sachet) – in 200 ml of water or milk, using a shaker or mixer. Use 3 servings per day.

On training days: the first portion is consumed in the morning after waking up, the second up to 1,5 hours after training, and the third before bedtime.

On non-workout days: consume the first portion in the morning after waking up, the second between meals and the third before bedtime.

The recommended portion of the product for consumption during the day is 90 g. Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.
