Dietary supplement with a high protein content, created for physically active people. It contains a carefully selected protein complex and beef collagen hydrolyzate. Enriched with creatine monohydrate and L-glutamine, it supports muscle building and regeneration after training. The presence of digestive enzymes DigeZyme® supports the absorption of active ingredients.

Whey protein concentrate is characterized by a very fast digestion rate – after consumption, the level of amino acids in the blood increases, which stimulates muscle protein synthesis (MPS). One study showed that whey proteins stimulate postprandial muscle protein accumulation more effectively than casein and casein hydrolyzate. This effect was attributed to faster absorption kinetics and high leucine content.
