Ingredients: hydrolyzed protein 71%, skimmed cocoa powder, flavor enhancer (glycine and its sodium salt), L-glutamine 4%, aromas, L-arginine 2,8%, maltodextrin, emulsifier: lecithin (soy), thickening substances (cellulose rubber, carrageenan), salt, sweetener (sucralose).

Method of use

Mix 1 portion of the product – 30 g (1 scoop or 2 heaping tablespoons) with 250 ml of water in a shaker.

On training days: drink 2 servings – one within 45 minutes after training and the other between meals.

On rest days: drink one portion in the morning and the other in the evening.

Recommended daily dose of the product: 60 g.

Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.
