Method of preparation and consumption

Mix 1 serving (30 g=1 flat scoop=2 heaping tablespoons) of powder with 250 ml of water in a shaker. On training days, consume 2 servings, 1 after training within 45 minutes after training and 1 serving between meals. On days without training, consume 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving in the evening.
