Usage:

Add 200 ml of water to the powder in the bottle to the level marked with the arrow on the label. Shake vigorously until the powder is dissolved. If necessary, refill with water to the level marked with an arrow. The package contains 1 serving. Recommended daily dose: 1 serving (30 g). Store at room temperature, in a dry place, in a closed container, out of reach of small children. Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.
