Protein Power consists of three types of proteins: hydrolyzed soy isolate, whey protein concentrate and calcium caseinate.

The new formula, of course, still remains gluten-free, and in addition to being sugar- and lactose-free, it also contains no fat. Creatine has also been added to the product.

Recommended use:

Mix 1 serving (30 g = 1 heaping scoop = 3 tablespoons) of powder with 300-350 ml of water and drink twice a day. Use a shaker to prepare the cocktail. Drink one serving within 45 minutes after training and another between two meals. On rest days, drink 1 serving in the morning and 1 in the evening.
