Whey 100 contains high-quality whey protein concentrate (WPC), which is a source of wholesome animal proteins. It provides all the essential amino acids, including naturally occurring BCAA and L-glutamic acid.

The conditioner is characterized by very good solubility and rapid absorption, thanks to which it works great after training and during the day as a supplement to the diet in protein. The proteins contained in it contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass, as well as support the maintenance of healthy bones.

Protein is the basic nutrient necessary for the proper functioning of the body. It provides amino acids needed for the regeneration and restoration of muscle tissues. Incorporating the right amount of protein into your daily diet supports strength development, body shaping and efficient regeneration after exercise.

95% of WPC – whey protein concentrate

The product is based almost exclusively on whey protein concentration (WPC). It is not a mixture of cheaper additives or fillers, but a concentrated source of wholesome protein. It is characterized by good bioavailability and a beneficial amino acid profile, which makes it an excellent support in daily supplementation.

BCAA and L-Glutamine

Whey 100 contains naturally occurring BCAA and glutamine, which support the regeneration and synthesis of muscle proteins. Their presence results from the raw material itself – whey protein concentrate.

How to use:

  • HOW TO USE: Dissolve a single portion of the product – 30 g (1,5 scoops) in 200 ml of water or milk, using a shaker or mixer. Use 3 servings per day.
  • On training days: I portion in the morning after waking up, II portion up to 1,5 hours. after training and III portion before bedtime.
  • On non-workout days: I portion in the morning after waking up, II portion between meals and III portion before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.

INGREDIENTS: 91% whey protein concentrate [whey protein concentrate (from milk), emulsifier (lecithins)], cocoa powder, aromats, thickener (carboxymethylcellulose sodium), sweetener (sucralose).

The product may contain: soya, cereals containing gluten, fish, molluscs and peanuts.

WARNINGS: Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients of the product. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not use in children, pregnant or lactating women. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.

STORAGE METHOD: Store in a dry place at temp. 15 to 25°C, in a closed container, out of reach of small children. Protect from light and moisture. Once opened, consume within 3 months.
