MASS XXL is a “gainer” preparation produced on the basis of whey protein concentrate and properly selected mono-, oligo- and polysaccharides. It contains carbohydrates and protein. The preparation was enriched with a complex of vitamins containing vit. B6, which supports normal protein and glycogen metabolism.

The portion of the product recommended for consumption during the day is 280 g.

Method of use

Use: A single serving of the preparation – 70 g (3 scoops) – dissolved in 200 ml of water or milk, using a shaker or mixer. Use 4 servings per day.

On training days: I portion in the morning after waking up, II portion up to 1,5 hours after training, other portions between meals.

On non-workout days: I portion in the morning after waking up, the remaining portions between meals.

Storage method
