In addition to the standard car cigarette lighter power supply, you will also find a three-wire adapter that will allow you to plug permanently into the car's power supply and transmit information and ignition to the recorder.

Thanks to this, the mirror will automatically go into parking recording mode (TIMELAPSE) after the engine is turned off.

As you've probably already realized, 95% of dash cams on the market do not have a built-in battery to keep the device running after the car's ignition is turned off. And if they do, it's usually a very small one that lasts for a maximum of a few minutes.

Unfortunately, after that time, the dash cam unfortunately does not fulfill its basic function and will not record the moment of a possible impact by another vehicle while parked.

Thanks to the power supply offered by us, you can stop worrying, because your camera, even after turning off the engine and leaving the car, will remain in standby mode, drawing power from the car's main battery.

To install the power supply, locate the fuse box of the internal equipment.

YELLOW (BAT+) cable must be connected to the positive pole of the fuse, which we chose as the power source. It must be a fuse that maintains power when the ignition is turned off. You can also connect this cable directly to the battery.

Another RED (ACC) cable must be connected to a fuse powered by the vehicle ignition. This means that the voltage should be given only after turning the key in the vehicle ignition.

The last BLACK (GND) cable is installed as a mass, e.g. on the body. It can be a screw fixing the dashboard frame or one to which other masses are connected.

All cables are best guided under plastic covers, headliner or window posts so that the installation is invisible.
