This is an espresso machine that allows you to adjust the drink to the time of day, mood and individual preferences – from intense espresso, through classic black coffee, to milk compositions, Cold Brew drinks, more delicate Light Brew variants and proposals with a subtle hint of sweetness.

Such an extensive menu does not require manual selection of proportions or knowledge of barista techniques. The machine guides the user through the selection of the drink, allows you to personalize the parameters and maintains repeatability of the effect with each brew.

♦ Hot, Cold, Light and Sweet – four pleasure styles

Z10 allows you to use four dimensions of coffee experience. Hot Brew is responsible for classic, hot specialties with a deep aroma and expressive character. Cold Brew prepares cold coffee using the pulse method under pressure, extracting fresher, more fruity notes and reducing severe bitterness.

Light Brew is a proposal for people who prefer a milder profile – coffee brewed at a lower temperature, with a more subtle taste and ready to drink almost immediately. The P.R.G.2+ Product Recognising Grinder recognizes the selected specialty and adjusts the grinding degree to its character. Other parameters require intense espresso, others longer coffee, and still other Cold Brew drinks.

Thanks to this, Z10 retains a high repeatability of taste, extracts the right aroma from the grains and allows you to achieve a refined effect without having to manually adjust the settings every time you change the drink.

The adjustable double spout allows you to conveniently prepare both small cups of espresso and taller glasses for milk drinks. The height adjustment range of 79 to 151 mm and the width of 24 to 50 mm makes it easy to adjust the machine to different dishes.

The included syrup and chocolate caps expand the possibilities of preparing Sweet drinks and dessert compositions. Syrup or chocolate are introduced in the preparation process, thanks to which the drink gains a more consistent taste, elegant structure and refined presentation.
