Step 1. Open the bottom cover and insert 4 new AAA batteries. Close the insert.

Step 2. Turn the top nut. The first time you use it, add some water to squeeze out the vacuum air. Fill the container. Close the top nut by turning.

Step 3. Press and hold the top power button for 3 seconds - you will see a flashing red light - the device is now ON, if you want to turn it off, press and hold the button for 3 seconds.

Step 4. Place your hand under the dispenser, the pump dispenses liquid.
