High-efficiency osmosis without calcium mineralization tank

• Ecosoft CROSS 90 Balance MO3600MPECO is a modern Direct Flow reverse osmosis system designed for installation under the sink.
• Thanks to the efficient 600 GPD membrane, the system delivers up to 90 litres of purified water per hour, or about 1,5 l/min. It does not have a classic water storage tank is cleaned on an ongoing basis.

90 liters of purified water per hour

• The CROSS 90 Balance uses an osmotic membrane with a capacity of 600 GPD.
• This translates into a flow of purified water up to 90 l/h, or about 1,5 l/min.
• According to the manufacturer’s materials, it takes about 8 seconds to fill a 200 ml glass.
• Thanks to Direct Flow technology, water is produced directly during collection, without having to wait for the tank to fill.

Direct Flow technology without tank

• In classical reverse osmosis systems, purified water is stored in a tank. CROSS 90 Balance works differently – it purifies water directly during its intake.

5-stage filtration process

The system uses a five-stage purification process, including pre-filtration, RO membrane and final filtration with mineralization.

Stage 1 PP composite filter + activated carbon

• The first cartridge combines mechanical and carbon filtration. Stops m.in. sand, silt and rust, as well as reduce chlorine, organic compounds and organochlorine compounds.
• The CPVDFRO cartridge is intended to be replaced approximately every 12 months.

Stages 2-4 reverse osmosis membrane 600 GPD

• The RO membrane is the main filter barrier of the system. According to the manufacturer’s data, it reduces up to 99,8% of pollutants, including bacteria, viruses and PFAS.
• The CSVRO600DFRO membrane used has a capacity of 600 GPD and a recommended replacement period of approximately 24 months.

Stage 5 carbon filter with mineralization

• The final PDCBFRO cartridge combines filtration with mineralization. It improves the taste and smell of purified water and enriches it with minerals, primarily calcium.

The recommended replacement period for this cartridge is approximately 12 months.

Mineralization with calcium

CROSS 90 Balance is equipped with a mineralizing final filter that enriches purified water with calcium.

According to the technical data for water after mineralization:

• total mineral content: 40 to 70 mg/l
• calcium: approximately 4 to 6 mg/l
• magnesium: less than 1 mg/l
• pH: 6,5 – 7,57

Water recovery up to 60%

• The CROSS 90 Balance is designed for efficient use of water. The recovery rate is up to 60%.
• This means that most of the feed water can be used as purified water, and a smaller amount goes into the drain as a concentrate.

Automatic membrane rinsing

• The system uses Quick & Dry. After turning the cartridge, the water supply is automatically cut off, which allows you to carry out the replacement without the use of tools and without the need for complicated disassembly of the installation.

The manufacturer gives the replacement time of cartridges less than 7 minutes.
