TWO SHELLS

OF599 helmets have shells in various sizes giving the opportunity to enjoy full protection provided by EPS filling and comfort achieved thanks to the 3D Laser Cut technology used exclusively by us.

PRODUCED FROM HPTT

In a unique process developed by our researchers called HPTT (High Pressure Thermoplastic Technology), the polycarbonate mixture is injected into the molds. The molds used in this precision industrial process are carved from blocks of metal weighing several hundred kilograms.

HIGH QUALITY BLEND

Like most LS2 helmets, the Spitfire boasts a sun visor that protects the rider's eyes from glare on clear days. The standard diffuser can be replaced with an even more attractive one: gold, mirror or rainbow. Give your helmet a style that expresses your personality.

MICROMETRIC CLOSURE

The metal buckle is attached to a high-quality, additionally reinforced strap. At the other end of the belt there is a ribbed strip. Insert the strip into the buckle and you will hear a clicking sound. The strip should be inserted deep enough to achieve a comfortable but snug fit. To release the clasp, simply pull the red strap attached to the ratchet lever. The strap length is initially set

choosing its excess with a metal buckle placed on the strap from the side of the ribbed strip.

VENTILATION OF THE LINING

Using a new type of linear inlets located at the front, the extended ventilation system further strengthens and refreshes the airflow between the padding and EPS. All for comfort and even greater driving pleasure.

WITH ATTENTION TO DETAIL

Fine and elegant embossing on the back of the helmet with a name that sets its rules on the road – with style and sophistication.

PRECISELY SHAPED PADDING

The sponge with different densities is cut using 3D Laser Cut technology and formed to best fit the shape of the face. Thanks to the perfect fit, wearing comfort was achieved and places of increased pressure of the padding at sensitive points of the face were eliminated.

ECE 22.05 CERTIFICATE

The helmet has successfully passed the ECE 22.05 approval tests. Safety tests, fastener strength, tear resistance and much more.
