The shell is made of thermoplastic composite (HPTT), which is characterized by high strength and abrasion resistance.

All helmets in the OF620 CLASSY series also feature a reinforced and easy-to-use micrometric closure.

The padding can be easily removed and machine washed. It is made of breathable, antibacterial material that ensures freshness and high comfort of use of the helmet even in hot summer.

In terms of road visibility, a long viewfinder works great, which is covered with two layers: Anti-Scratch (which significantly reduces the susceptibility to scratches and extends the time of its use) and Anti-UV (protecting the eyes from harmful solar radiation).

Both the functionality and comfort of the helmet increase the efficient, improved ventilation system: the upper intake channel is equipped with intake mini-spoilers that create a constant stream of air, and the dynamic function improves the stability of the helmet on the head by reducing vibration and turbulence.
