Their universal application means that you can use them in various types of training – from strength training, through fitness, to rehabilitation exercises. Training with tapes will help you strengthen muscles and joints throughout your body. They are recommended for both amateurs and advanced. The HS-L650RLB set includes five latex tapes that offer different resistance levels over a wide range from 2,5 to 18 kg. Due to their small size, rubbers are very easy to transport and store.
