The tiguar hip band resistance tape is distinguished by its extremely versatile use in training, allowing effective work on various muscle parts, including the buttocks, thighs, calves and abdomen. It is a great choice for both beginners and advanced users. It is available in three resistance levels – light (12 kg), medium (17 kg) and strong (22 kg), and each variant is marked with a different color.
The use of resistance bands with different levels of resistance allows you to adjust the intensity of exercises to individual muscle groups. Those with higher resistance are perfect for training stronger muscle groups, while those with lower to strengthen calf muscles and weaker muscle areas, as well as during warm-up.
