Use of rubber in daily fighter training:
Fighters use rubbers attached to walls, cages or posts, which allows effective pulling blows with additional resistance. Such training strengthens the muscles responsible for the strength of the blow, which significantly improves the dynamics during sparring.
- pumps with resistance - we braid the rubber so that it passes through the shoulders and ends on the hands, and thanks to additional resistance we will work harder on the upper part of the body.
- pull-up - pull-up for beginners can be a real challenge, and thanks to resistance rubbers we are able to add an additional push-out in the first phase. Over time, we can change the rubbers to support us to a lesser extent by building progress.
- struggle with shadow - do you train a fight in which you hit your hands a lot? The ideal exercise is to interweave the rubber under the armpits and make strokes towards the "spirit" in front of you. We make sure that the elbow does not tilt away from the side and we work on working out the shortest possible path of the blow.
- simple blows - we interweave the rubber by e.g. The ladder and positioning ourselves backwards to it, we bring dynamic blows ahead. We are working on dynamics, the speed of the blow while building muscle mass.
