As enthusiasts of training with resistance rubbers, we lacked well-made and aesthetically made expanders that will serve us for years. For this reason, we decided to test the products available on the Polish and foreign markets to create a product that meets all our expectations.

Therefore, after several months of intensive thinking, analyzing and improving details, we have jointly developed the only such product in the world:

Our expanders are characterized by high strength, because they are made of high quality natural latex with increased density, instead of often used cheaper TPE plastic, which easily cracks and does not maintain resistance.

The KUDDA expanders are:

Although the 4-10KG rubber has little resistance, its contribution to the whole set is HUGE!

It allows you to choose the appropriate load for beginners , or to warm up and train the smallest muscles for advanced people. As we increase our strength, we need to increase the load gradually, instead of jumping straight into the deep water exposing ourselves to injuries. In addition, the yellow rubber 4-10KG expander is also ideal for rehabilitation training. The other rubbers in the set may be too strong for this.

In conclusion, 4-10KG rubber will allow you to perform all the necessary exercises and will accompany you on your recovery! 💪

Thanks to the use of a metal ring on each rubber instead of five hooks, the use and change of resistance is significantly easier and more convenient. 2 carabiners together can withstand a load of up to 240KG.

If necessary, you can instantly add or detach another ring with one rubber, or several at a time, without unnecessary play with five hooks on each rubber.

Using 5 gum at the same time, you get resistance up to 100kg, which we have carefully adjusted in such a way that even demanding people can retrain every part of their body.
