Rego Rapid Recovery in its composition contains a mixture of easily digestible carbohydrates, protein isolate, electrolytes with vitamins and minerals.

Consumption of a drink based on SIS Science In Sport Rego Rapid Recovery complements glycogen stores and supplies the body with proteins, thanks to which the body becomes faster ready for the next workout.

Method of Use: Add 50 g (approx. 3 full scoops) to 500 ml of water and stir well. The product is intended for consumption within 30 minutes after physical activity. It is not intended to be mixed with milk, as it will reduce its absorption rate and provide lactose.
