DJI Care Refresh is a service protection of your device that will provide you, for a small additional fee, two replacements of damaged equipment during the year. Includes damage caused, inter alia, by collision or contact of the product with water. The damaged equipment will then be replaced with new or equivalent to the new. DJI Care Refresh can be activated once up to 30 days after activation (first start) of the device. There is also the possibility of extending protection – just buy an additional annual plan (up to twice – in total you gain up to 3 years). Moreover, during the period of validity of the service, the official manufacturer's warranty applies.

For DJI RS 4 Mini devices, the replacement cost under DJI Care Refresh is 199 PLN per replacement.*

DJI Care Refresh (1-Year Plan) provides two replacements.

DJI Care Refresh (2-Year Plan) provides four replacements.

*If you file a claim directly with the manufacturer, the replacement fee may change depending on the current exchange rate.

If you do not once take advantage of the possibility of exchange, as part of the reward, DJI will extend your manufacturer’s warranty for an additional year.

1. Go to the manufacturer’s website.

2. During the activation process, you must provide the Care Refresh code, the serial number of the device (it is located directly on the product) and the data of the person activating the Package (name and surname, e-mail address).

3. DJI Care Refresh will be activated and automatically assigned to the appropriate region. You will receive a confirmation of DJI Care Refresh activation by e-mail. Your equipment is now safe!

Alternatively, you can report a defect on the manufacturer's website DJI and send the product with the annotation that you have DJI Care Refresh.

When you receive a repair quote, decide whether you want to use it or prefer a replacement under DJI Care Refresh.

After selecting the DJI Care Refresh option, pay for the exchange – then you will receive a new copy.

This item will be delivered to you priority and with free shipping.

The maximum duration of the DJI Care Refresh service, including the extension, is 3 years. If you want to do this, buy an additional annual plan. Extensions can only be made using an annual plan during the current plan or within 15 days from the end of the service.

3) Additional accessories.

4) Intentional loss of product.

5) Housing damage that does not affect the operation of the product.

6) Direct or indirect damage caused by force majeure.

7) Defects occurring outside the validity period of DJI Care Refresh.

8) Additional fees associated with improving the model, improving its performance.

9) Defects resulting from modifications that do not comply with the recommendations in the user manual or from the use of incompatible batteries and charger.

10) Defects resulting from the use of unauthorized accessories, batteries or software.
