2. How do I mount this product to my phone? Installation is extremely simple and requires no tools. Simply insert the included insert under your current protective case, release its tip through the hole for the charging port, and then attach the metal lanyard wheel to it.
3. Does the mounting insert fit into any case? The insert works with most standard cases that have a full bottom edge (holes only for speakers and charging port). Does not fit an open-bottom case (with the bottom fully exposed).
4. Does the case insert block the ability to charge the phone? No. The insert is very thin and flexible, so that when properly placed in the case, it does not block the charging port (both for cables and wireless chargers).
