Swirski benefactor (Amblyseius swirskii) – are predatory mites that effectively fight young thrips, eggs and whitefly larvae. The product is safe for the environment and plants.

How does the Swirski benefactor work?

Mites multiply inside the sachet, gradually coming out and spreading in the crop for several weeks. The found victim is punctured and sucked out of its contents. In the absence of food, they can survive by feeding on pollen or other prey. They work best at 20-32°C.

How to use:

Sachets should be hung in a place sheltered from direct sunlight and rain. Each sachet has a ready-made hole for the gradual release of mites. Keep the sachets by the cardboard strip so as not to damage their contents.

Dosage:

➔ Preventative and for low infestation levels: 1 sachet per 2.5 m2

➔ For high infestation levels: 1 sachet per 1 m2. Sachets should be replaced every 6-8 weeks.

Application:

➔ In indoor cultivation, the predatory mite can be used year-round.

➔ In the garden, it is recommended to hang the sachets when the temperature remains above 18°C (64°F).

Upon receipt, the product can be stored for a maximum of 1-2 days at a temperature of 10-15°C (50-59°F), in a dark place, ensuring ventilation.
