Product Description:

Carbohydrates are mainly energy substrates, which is a source of energy in the processes of cellular oxidation. They also play a backup role in the form of glucose stored as glycogen in muscles and liver. The amount of glycogen in the muscles is from approx. 157 to 350 g. Glycogen found in muscle tissue is used directly for muscle work during physical activity, and glycogen from the liver is a source of glucose passing into the blood (i.e. affects the appropriate glucose concentration between meals). Carbohydrates form together with proteins and lipids the connections that are needed to build cellular structures.

How to use:

• Mix 1 scoop of powder (25g) with 200 ml of water. Drink one serving 4 times a day, during training and after exercise.
