Enervit Competition Bar is an excellent replacement for energy gels during sports that do not burden the digestive system with high-intensity shocks. Thanks to the solid form, the presence of rice flakes and oatmeal maintain a feeling of satiety for longer than standard liquid products containing carbohydrates. Their glycemic index is lower than such products, although still high – providing a source of fast energy, required by the body during sports such as cycling, ultra runs or trekking. Very low protein and fat content accelerates the increase in blood glucose levels desired in this type of disciplines – protection of muscle glycogen during exercise and its rapid regeneration after physical activity.
Usage: 1-2 bars during endurance and ultra-strength activities. Consume with the right amount of water.

Ingredients: glucose-fructose syrup (38,6%), rice flakes (21,3%): rice flour,corn groats, sugar, salt;oatmeal (gluten-free) (15,8%), maltodextrin (10%),raisins (9,6%), cocoa butter, flavouring, isomaltulose (0,4%), emulsifying agent:lecithin; colour: caramel; acidifying agent: citric acid; microencapsulated vitamin B6: pyridoxine hydrochloride, emulsifying agent:mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; thiamine hydrochloride. May contain traces of milk, nuts, peanuts, soy and sesame seeds. Isomaltulose is a source of glucose and fructose.
