Vitargo® is a unique, patented carbohydrate obtained from starch, without added sugar. Vitargo contains complex carbohydrates with low osmolality (osmolality means the number of molecules in the solution - the larger the size of the molecules, the lower the osmolality).

Vitargo® CARBOLOADER is intended for use before or during intense exercise or competition - up to 3350 kJ/800 kcal per hour, depending on the intensity and duration of training or competition. ✅ LIST OF INGREDIENTS

Starch, acidity regulator (citric acid), flavouring, sweeteners (contains a source of phenylalanine) (E951, E950), colourant (beet powder). The product contains phenylalanine and cannot be consumed by patients with phenylketonuria.

✅ PRECAUTIONS

✅ METHOD OF USE:

Fill shaker with water (approx. 200 ml), add 2,5 tablespoons of Vitargo and shake intensively for 30 seconds, then fill with water approx. 300-400 ml and shake again.

• Carbohydrate loading: mix 1 serving with 600ml of water.

- Long-term exercise: drink 2 servings during the day, between meals (start three days before the competition).

- Team sports: drink 1 serving the day before the planned match.

• During exercise as a sports drink: mix 1 serving with 800-1000ml of water.

- Long-lasting exercise: mix 1 serving with 800ml of water and consume within one hour of activity.

- Team sports: mix one serving with 1000ml of water and consume during the match.
