Composition

Starch, whey protein concentrate (from milk), skimmed cocoa powder 5%, salt, aroma, sweeteners (aspartame and Ace-K) (contains a source of phenylalanine) (E951).

Method of consumption

Fill the bottle with 300 ml of water. Add 200 ml Vitargo Post Protein (approx. 90g) and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Add 400-600 ml of water and shake vigorously.
