CARBO carbohydrate supplement provides a constant supply of energy and glycogen supplementation in the muscles. The dietary supplement has been enriched with a vitamin-mineral complex, which provides control of water management during physical exertion and supplements the athlete's body with the most important minerals and vitamins.

How to use: 30 g of the supplement every hour during prolonged exercise, e.g. marathons, polygons, races, etc. and 90 g of the supplement – within the first hour after training.

Preparation: 30 g (1,5 scoops) of carbohydrate powder mix with 250 ml of water or 90 g (4,5 scoops) of nutrients mix with 750 ml of water. Inside the package there is a measuring cup (1 scoop = 20 g powder). Carbohydrate powder FitMax® CARBO should not be given to pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers.

Store in a dry room at temperatures up to 25 ° C, in a closed container.
