BCAA G-FORCE 1150 contains branched chain amino acids (BCAA) and L-glutamine. BCAA G-FORCE 1150 is a universal amino acid matrix recommended for all athletes, in particular strength, speed-strength and endurance disciplines.
The portion of the product recommended for consumption during the day is 12 capsules.
How to use:
A single serving of the product - 6 capsules drink 300 ml of water. Use 2 servings per day.
On training days: I portion 30 minutes before training, II portion immediately after training.
On non-workout days: I portion in the morning after waking up, II portion before bedtime.
Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.

Ingredients:
60 % branched chain amino acids (L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine), 24 % L-glutamine, capsule shell [glazing substance (hydroxypropylcellulose)], anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids).
