High-quality amino acid preparation based on enzymatic hydrolysates of two sources of animal proteins - whey proteins and chicken meat proteins. The use of chicken protein hydrolyzate leads to the amino acid profile most similar to that "expected" by the working muscles of the athlete, while the use of whey protein hydrolyzate (BV=104) allows to obtain high levels of branched chain amino acids (L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine). Protein contributes to the growth or maintenance of muscle mass.
