WHY DO YOU NEED AMINO ACIDS?
Amino acids are the building blocks of our basic nutrients, proteins, found throughout our body. There are amino acids that the human body is able to produce on its own (endogenous amino acids), while another group includes amino acids supplied with food (exogenous amino acids). Of the different types of amino acids, only 20 contribute to the formation of protein structure. Amino acids are essential for all bodily functions such as digestion, liver function or wound healing. Amino acids are responsible for the condition of the skin, ligaments, muscles, tendons, internal organs, glands, hair and nails. They also contribute to the production of hormones as well as neurotransmitters and enzymes. In addition, they serve as a source of energy, as well as a nutrient used to produce lipids and carbohydrates. The richest source of basic amino acids is food of animal origin, while food of plant origin often does not contain all these amino acids.
BRANCHED CHAIN AMINO ACIDS
BCAAs, or branched chain amino acids, consist of three amino acids: valine, isoleucine and leucine. Valine is a source of energy for muscles and largely supports cell metabolism. Isoleucine is an amino acid necessary for the production of hemoglobin, and also supports regeneration. Leucine supports the regeneration of bones, skin and muscles, as well as is able to increase the absorption of proteins. These three amino acids constituting BCAAs significantly strengthen the mutual impact on muscle building and nutrition and which occur in them in a natural and specific proportion.

Mix one serving (2 scoops = 1 tbsp) with 300 ml of water and drink 15 minutes before or during training. On non-workout days, use between meals.
