How to use Actinox Nitro Pump! Extrifit 620g:

Use 1 scoop (20 g) 1-2 times a day between meals, on training days preferably before physical exertion. Mix 1 scoop (20 g) of ACTINOX®NITRO PEPTIDES in 200-300 ml of water.
