What are EAAs and how are they different from BCAAs?

EAA (Essential Amino Acids) are all 8 essential amino acids that the body cannot synthesize on its own: L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine, L-Lysine, L-Phenylalanine, L-Threonine, L-Methionine and L-Tryptophan. BCAAs are just three of these eight (Leucine, Isoleucine, Valine). EAAs cover a wider range of protein needs than BCAAs alone.
