Each of us is struggling with different diseases. Regardless of what lifestyle we lead, we are exposed to stress, injuries or pain of internal origin. Very often, pharmacological agents do not bring the expected results or can have an adverse effect on the digestive system. Fortunately, there is a method that has virtually no side effects, in addition, it has various uses and is easy to perform. We are talking about the use of multi-needle applicators, whose operation is based on the assumptions of Eastern Medicine and the basics of acupuncture. Developed by a doctor of medical sciences, reflex therapist Nikolay Lyapko has gained great popularity, thanks to its effectiveness and multidirectionality. Such applicators consist of a rubber, flexible base on which special needles of various metals are placed at specified intervals, with a coating of copper, iron, silver, nickel or zinc. This spacing affects the intensity of the massage, e.g. for children and people with a slim figure or sensitive skin, variants with smaller intervals (3,5-5,8 mm) are indicated. "Session time" (lying on it, affecting the skin) depends on the effect we want to achieve:
