Uruchom® Energy are batteries designed specifically for hobby and professional use. Thanks to the use of a grid-based construction with a pocket separator system, supplemented with an active mass with a refined composition, they achieve excellent resistance to cyclic loads. It is an ideal proposition for lovers of motorboat sports and leisure on the water, caravanning.

Battery formation system Uruchom® Energy

Uruchom® battery formation system based on continuous circulation of the electrolyte with the total exchange of its density during the formation process. This process integrates several operations that have so far been carried out on separate production nodes.

Advantages of this solution:

• Time reduction to 80% compared to standard processes. Formation for some types is up to 8 hours.
• Optimal electrode formation – the formation process takes place with continuous circulation of a low-density electrolyte, which at the end of the process is automatically replaced with an electrolyte of a given density, which ensures the best electrochemical transformations.
• High quality process – the electrolyte is prepared and supervised by a high-class integrated mixing system (electrolyte is produced directly in the device from concentrated acid). We obtain an electrolyte with precisely established and reproducible values of temperature and density.
• The visualization system and comprehensive data logging ensure full control of the process.
