The Baitrunner X Aero 4000 FB is a new, top-of-the-line compact reel designed for anglers specializing in ground methods, looking for uncompromising equipment with the advanced BAITRUNNER® Freespool free-running system.

Despite its relatively small size, the new Baitrunner X-Aero 4000 is extremely powerful. The reel drive is a very durable construction, based on X-SHIP technology, which is an additional system of double-sided drive support on bearings. The drive made in this technology works better under heavy weight, making the work of the reel more pleasant, and the internal elements better cushioned and protected against jamming as a result of the force acting on them. The indoor S A-RB bearings have been redesigned to generate even less friction and better transfer power from the double crank to the rotor. This not only allows you to squeeze even more power out of the new Baitrunner, but also guarantees better control over the fiercely fighting fish. The brake with a clamping power of 8kg also helps in this.

The great advantage of this reel and what distinguishes it additionally from the competition is the exemplary winding of the spool line. Two-speed oscillation ensures perfect positioning of the line or braid in the cross-winding system, which makes casting more accurate. In addition, the specially profiled, large diameter AR-C aluminium spool allows the rope to slide smoothly during casting, which additionally translates into their distance.

The X-Aero 4000 can be adapted to many models of Shimano rods. In small commercial waters, you can build the perfect set with short and light Shimano Tribal rods. For feeder fishing - especially carp, breams and ropes - choose one of the Shimano Aero feeder rods.
