Thanks to the Airdrive Daiwa technology, it increased strength and sensitivity in the Fuego turnstile! The new 23' Fuego combines components of the new Airdrive design with LT elements and Magsealed construction. The new Airdrive rotor reduces the weight of the front of the reel and provides optimal balance to reduce the initial starting resistance. Low initial resistance provides better control when fishing, higher sensitivity and better bait control. The new Airdrive cable is now lighter, just as durable and significantly reduces the risk of tangles when combined with the new cable arm.
The powerful Tough Digigear transmission works silky smooth and the rigid reel body made of Zaion V material protects against distortion. The Magsealed design reliably prevents salt water and dirt particles from entering the reel's main shaft for a long service life. The design of the Twistbuster III cable roller is specially adapted to the use of braids: the braid does not compress during winding, which results in less twisting. The new ATD Type-L brake ensures even and optimized cable release under load, without high starting resistance. Crank Knob: Sizes 1000D to 2500 come with an I-shaped handle.
Sizes 3000-C, 3000-CXH, 3000D-C and 4000-CP have a T-shaped handle. Sizes 4000D-CX, 5000-C and 6000D are equipped with a L-size T-shaped handle.
