DESCRIPTION

Dietary supplement. Nettle helps maintain flexible joints and tendons, relieve inflammatory pain, relieve muscle and joint pain, horsetail supports the reminalization of the body, birch supports joint mobility and flexibility, wild rose helps maintain joint mobility.

WAY OF PREPARATION

Place the sachet of the product in a glass or ceramic cup 250ml and pour boiling water. Cover and let stand for 10-15 minutes. Drink after cooling.

RECOMMENDED CONSUMPTION

3 times a day 1 cup of infusion of 1 sachet. Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.
