CASTEX MFC-100 floor-mounted scissor lift

with a lifting capacity of 3800kg is designed to work with passenger and commercial vehicles whose total weight does not exceed 3,8 tons.

The innovative design of the lift combines the advantages of low-lift scissor lifts, the advantage of which is simplified installation on the floor surface such as the QJY-S3 and QJY-S2E models, and the advantages of scissor lifts installed in a floor with a high maximum lifting height like the QJY 3.2-1 model.

This jack is mounted on the floor without the need to prepare a special excavation and screed, although its maximum lifting height is 1900 mm, while maintaining a very low minimum height of 105 mm. The lift is equipped with safety locks designed with user safety in mind, its main feature is a system of locks that remain in the safety position at all times, and they are only unlocked when the operator presses a button. When the button is released, the locks return to the safety position. This solution prevents accidental deactivation of the security system and eliminates the possibility of uncontrolled leaving the vehicle.

The device uses a number of proven solutions optimizing the pace of work of your workshop, one of such solutions is automated control of the electrohydraulic unit and the safety lock system.

Installation has been simplified by pre-installing most elements already at the production stage, and the lift includes a set of mounting anchors.

At the order stage, it is possible to change the power supply of the lift from 400V to 230V.

Together with the lift, the customer receives complete documentation necessary for proper use and maintenance, enabling the lift to be reported from the Office of Technical Inspection.
