The lift features an advanced safety lock mechanism, designed for maximum stability and safety in use. The entire load is taken over by solid scissor arms, so that the base and construction of the lift are not exposed to excessive compressive and tensile forces. This solution increases the durability of the entire device.

The support points of the scissor arms have been precisely adjusted to the operating points of the hydraulic cylinder. The load is distributed evenly, so the structure maintains high rigidity and stability even when operating at full lifting capacity.

This design solution requires high precision, but instead provides:

• high stability during lifting
• effective protection of the lift base
• longer lifespan of the device
• safe operation even under heavy loads

In addition, there is a DOUBLE LOCK system in the lift - double protection - After setting the lift on the ratchets, the weight of the vehicle is taken over by durable mechanical protection. Thanks to this, the lift remains stable even in the event of a pressure drop or failure of the hydraulic system.

The lift is equipped with an electric safety lock release system. Mechanical ratchets are activated by actuators powered by a voltage of 230 V.

Thanks to this, the device does not require a compressor, and its installation and operation are much simpler. Access to a standard 230 V socket is sufficient for operation.

Thanks to this system, the lift works at full power from the very beginning, facilitating the lifting of low sports cars, which standard lifts usually cannot cope with. This extra short shear provides a smooth start and less strain on the plumbing.

Lubricants (i.e. popularly kalamitki) in the scissor lift play a very important role in maintaining the efficiency of the mechanism. Here’s how they work and how they help:

• Reduce friction – the grease layer separates metal surfaces.
• Protects against wear – grease reduces abrasion and extends the life of pins, bushings and bearings.
• They protect against corrosion – fresh grease pushes out moisture and dirt.
• Improve the smoothness of work – the lift rises and lowers without jams.
• They facilitate service – instead of disassembling the mechanism, it is enough to feed the grease through the calamite.

Regular lubrication by calamites is the key to safe and long-term operation of the lift.

Easy-to-use control box with safety switch. Equipped with backlit metal buttons to control up and down movement and lock function. In addition, it has a safety switch, power indicator, as well as light and sound signaling.
