The ViaMaggiore Z Plus is a new asymmetric tyre specially designed for harsh winter conditions. During the design of this model, special emphasis was placed on high adhesion to the road surface in all weather conditions.

This versatility has been achieved thanks to a three-piece tread made of an innovative rubber compound optimized for a polymer composition that retains tread flexibility at low temperatures. Winter silica, specially developed by a French company for this type of tire, provides maximum grip on snow-covered and icy surfaces. The combined design of the individual tread elements contributes to good work in changing road conditions.

The outer part of the tread provides excellent grip on dry asphalt, the middle part on wet surfaces, and the inner part on snow. Three-dimensional lamella technology makes the tire resistant to aquaplaning on wet asphalt, they "open" and "bite" into the ground providing traction when starting and guarantee the attachment points necessary to brake the vehicle in the snow

The novelty of the Premiorri brand is characterized by better lateral shock absorption and a better level of travel comfort thanks to the use of new components in the tire. Their main advantages are:

• increased rigidity of the side blocks, which increases stability when driving in harsh winter conditions.

Fuel efficiency (energy)

As a result of contact with the ground, the tire deforms, thus losing energy. This loss of energy is rolling resistance. The greater the rolling resistance of the tyre, the greater the fuel consumption. Class A means the smallest energy losses, while class G means the largest losses. The difference between Class A and G can be up to 7,5 % in terms of fuel consumption of the vehicle.

Wet grip

The length of the wet braking distance is determined by classes A to G, while class A is the shortest braking distance and class F is the longest. Class D and G are empty. The difference in braking distance between Class A and F is 18 m.

External rolling noise

Determines the noise that the tire emits outside the vehicle. The noise level is measured in decibels. The noise level on the label shows black sound waves. The quietest tires have one sound wave, the loudest three waves. The quieter the tyre, the more environmentally friendly it is.
