Concrete grill, masonry is enclosed on all sides, which makes it difficult to access air. To remedy this - improve air circulation - in the bottom of the hearth were laser burned cracks. Through these cracks, ash is poured into the ashtray and at the same time air gets in, heat is maintained - the so-called. chimney draft. The hearth itself is made of one piece of 3 mm thick sheet metal where the corners are not welded or only spot welded - but welded along the entire length. Thanks to this design, the hearth is rigid does not whirl and does not bend under the influence of temperature

Both the hearth and the ashtray are removable, in order to facilitate cleaning, pouring ash – we can lay them on any guide.

The whole structure is free-standing, you do not need to screw it to the side walls – just insert it into the hole and go.

The cartridge is made of thick steel profiles, to which 4 guides are welded (not welded), on which we move, the grate glides.

The grate itself – dimensions 60x40 cm made of thick bars additionally reinforced transversely so that it is very rigid and under the influence of temperature and weight of grilled dishes does not bend, does not whirl. Of course, it is chrome plated with sturdy handles for removing and adjusting height and IS APPROVED FOR FOOD CONTACT
