How to use:
1. Wrap the blood pressure monitor inside your left wrist and stick the strap from bottom to top.
2. Please glue an additional part of the outer strap to the strap from bottom to top.
3. Place the bracelet at a distance of 10-15 mm from the hand to the wrist (about the width of one finger).
4. When measuring your blood pressure, make sure your blood pressure is at the same height as your heart.
