TART CHERRY JUICE is a concentrated juice of tart Prunus cerasus cherry, prepared for athletes and active people who want to support regeneration after intense or long-lasting effort.
The product is a natural source of polyphenols and anthocyanins, i.e. plant compounds with antioxidant potential. At the same time, it provides carbohydrates that can support the process of rebuilding muscle glycogen after training or competition.
It is a practical form of supplementing the regenerative strategy during periods of high training loads, starting and with a short time between successive exercise units.
